Google Business Profile Integration Privacy Notice

Who operates the integration

Kelowna Protech Elite Mobile Mechanic operates the integration for its own business profile. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to info@kelownaprotechmobilemech.com.

Google data accessed

With the business owner's authorization, the integration may access:

• Google Business Profile account, location, website, and contact details;
• profile performance data such as Search and Maps views, website clicks, and call clicks;
• monthly search terms and any privacy thresholds returned by Google;
• review ratings, review text, reviewer display information provided by Google, and existing replies; and
• OAuth credentials required to maintain the authorized connection.

How the data is used

Google data is used only to operate the integration for Kelowna Protech Elite: verify the correct profile, prepare internal performance reports, check data quality, monitor reviews, and submit a review reply when the owner explicitly requests it. The data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to build advertising profiles.

Storage, retention, and protection

OAuth credentials are stored outside the public website and outside the application's source-code repository on a business-controlled system. Access is restricted to authorized operators. Reports may be retained in business-controlled records for operational comparison and troubleshooting, then deleted when they are no longer needed for those purposes.

Sharing and service providers

Google data is not shared with advertisers or data brokers. It may be processed only by service providers used to host or operate the authorized business systems, and only as necessary to provide those services, maintain security, or comply with law.

User control and deletion

The business owner can revoke the integration from the Google Account permissions page. Revocation stops future API access but does not automatically delete previously generated business reports. To request deletion of retained integration data, email info@kelownaprotechmobilemech.com.

Google API data policy

The integration's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Changes to this notice

This notice will be updated when the integration's data access or use changes materially. The effective date shown above identifies the current version.
