What can a mobile mechanic diagnose at your home?
Most calls start with a simple description: "It won't start," "this light came on" or "the window stopped working." You do not need to know the mechanical name for the problem. Tell us what the car is doing and we will start there.

This is the "it cranks but won't fire" call. The mechanic tests the car where it stopped and tells you what it needs next.

Yes. The stored code gives us a place to begin, but the code alone does not prove which part failed. We check what is causing the warning and explain whether the car needs immediate attention. If the light is flashing, the engine is running badly or a red warning light appears, stop driving and contact us.
Do you diagnose electrical problems?
Yes. We work on starting and charging problems, lights, signals, windows and electrical faults that keep returning. Just tell us what the car is doing. You do not need to know the mechanical name of the problem.
What if the problem comes and goes?
Intermittent problems can take patience, but they can still be diagnosed. Tell us when the problem happens, what you hear and which warning lights appear. If we need more testing or another visit, we will say so instead of pretending the problem is solved.
